Are you seeking adventure, meaningful connection, and more time in nature?

Join Karen and Reika for Wild Spirit, a 5-day/4-night women’s yoga & adventure retreat in Zion National Park. Enjoy twice-daily yoga, an exciting group canyoneering adventure, nourishing meals, and plenty of time to relax, hike, and explore the park.

We created this retreat as an invitation to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, deepen your yoga practice, step outside your comfort zone, and connect with a community of like-minded women.

Our retreat center

We will be conveniently located just five minutes from the main entrance to Zion National Park, the stunning backdrop for our 5 day retreat. Within walking distance are local restaurants, gift shops, a grocery store and a free shuttle that takes you directly to the main park entrance. The property sits on two peaceful acres and features a stand-alone pavilion where we'll gather for practice and meals. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open from our one of a kind yoga space to reveal breathtaking views of towering red rocks and gentle deer roaming the tree filled grounds.
